COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA The New Jersey Law Revision Commission is complying with Executive Orders issued by the Governor of the State of New Jersey, and the recommendations issued by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding “social distancing.”  As a result, the April meeting of the New Jersey Law Revision Commission will be conducted remotely on Thursday, April 16, 2020, at 4:30 p.m.  Any commenters who wish to submit comments on any agenda item, or to participate in the meeting, should contact Laura C.   1. Interpretive Statement - Consideration of a Revised Draft Tentative Report proposing modifications to N.J.S. 19:3-6 regarding the preparation of an interpretive statement accompanying a public ballot question pursuant to Desanctis v. Borough of Belmar, 455 N.J. Super. 316 (App. Div. 2018). Report

    2. Aggravated Assault – Consideration of a Draft Tentative Report concerning the throwing of bodily fluids in violation of N.J.S. 2C:12-13, as discussed in State v. Majewski, 450 N.J. Super. 353 (App. Div. 2017) and in light of recent events. Report and Memo

Towing Act - Consideration of a Draft Tentative Report proposing modifications to clarify whether administrative remedies must be exhausted before a complaint may be filed in court against a towing company pursuant to N.J.S. 56:13-21 as discussed in Pisack v.
