1.     Disability Benefits After Leaving Public Employment - Consideration of a Draft Final Report proposing modifications to N.J.S. 43:15A-42 to clarify that eligibility for ordinary disability retirement benefits in the Public Employees’ Retirement System does not include PERS members who leave public employment before the onset of disability, as discussed in Murphy v. Bd. of Tr., Pub. Emp.’s Ret. Sys., 2019 WL 1646371 (App. Div. 2019). Report

 2.     Farmland Assessment - Consideration of a Draft Final Report recommending modification to N.J.S. 54:4-23.8 to provide consistency in the imposition of roll-back taxes. Report
